Meet Our Team

At Dental Health Concepts we take great pride in our staff. We are committed to excellence in all areas of care by employing highly skilled team members. We encourage their growth of knowledge by providing opportunities for further education.

OFFICE PERSONNEL

Donna Morin

Donna joined our team in 1984 as our financial secretary. Prior to working at Dental Health Concepts, Donna was an executive secretary in the Physics Department at Harvard University and the Economics Department at MIT.

LuAnn Cardillo

LuAnn has been our doctors’ appointment administrator since 2003. Prior to working at Dental Health Concepts, LuAnn worked for many years in the insurance industry.

Mary Dauphinee

Mary joined our team in 2001 as our hygiene appointment coordinator. Mary has 26 years of experience in the dental industry, including six years of prior employment with our company. Mary has also attended school for medical assisting.

Nina Intonti

Nina, a practice administrator, has been a part of our team since 1995. Nina has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration from UMass, Amherst and a Certificate in The Fundamentals of Information Technology from UMass, Lowell. She has also completed the Administrative Assistant I course at the L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Key Biscayne, Florida.

Kathy Twiggs

Kathy has been a practice administrator with our team since 1984. Kathy has completed the Administrative Assistant I course at the L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Key Biscayne, Florida.

CLIENT CARE COORDINATORS

Jennifer Chase

Jennifer joined our practice in 1996. She was our sterilization assistant before training to be a dental assistant. Jennifer is now working with Dr. Webster and his team of dental assistants.

Debbie Craig

Debbie has been a part of our team since 1990. She is a Certified Dental Assistant and has been working in dentistry for over 30 years. In addition to continuing education courses, Debbie has completed the Dental Assisting course at the L.D. Pankey Institue for Advanced Dental Education in Key Biscayne, Florida. Debbie works with Dr. Tonelli and his team of dental assistants. She is also our office OSHA coordinator.

Michele Eurici

Michele joined our team in 2001. She is a dental assistant and has been working in dentistry for over 20 years. Michele has taken many management courses, including those at Pride, Dental Boot Camp, and Summit Management. She is also a dental consultant. In addition to working on Dr. Tonelli’s team of assistants, she is our office Zoom Bleaching client care coordinator.

Maria Gagne

Maria joined our team in 2001 as our sterilization coordinator. Prior to joining our practice, Maria, who has a Certificate in Preschool Teaching, was a preschool teacher for nine years.

Kerry Lee

Kerry has been a part of our team since1998. Kerry is a dental assistant and has working in dentistry for over 16 years. Kerry is a 1992 graduate of Mount Ida College and she has an Associates Degree in Dental Assisting/Office Management.

Anne Margaret McCullough

Anne Margaret joined our team in 2003. She has been a dental assistant for seven years. She presently assists Dr. Tonelli.

Terry Poore

Terry joined our practice in 2004. She is a 2003 graduate of The Northeast Technical School’s program for dental assisting. Terry works with Dr. Webster and his team of dental assistants.

DENTAL HYGIENISTS

Valerie Aliferis

Valerie joined our team in 2001 as a dental hygienist. She is a 1986 graduate of Middlesex Community College.

Brenna Costello

Brenna joined our team in 2004 as a dental hygienist. She has an Associates of Science degree in dental hygiene from Cape Cod Community College.

Michelle Gagne

Michelle joined our team in 2004 as a dental hygienist. She is a graduate of Westbrook State College with an Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene

Caryl Haley

Caryl has been a member of our team since 1983. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from Northeastern University and she is a graduate of The Forsyth Institute School of Dental Hygiene.

Karyn Hunt

Karyn has been a member of our team since 1988. She is a graduate of The School of Dental Hygiene at Middlesex Community College.

Kathy Lawson

Kathy has been a member of our team since 1998. She has an Associates of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Middlesex Community College. Prior to joining our team, Kathy worked for ten years as a surgical assistant and as a hygienist who specialized in periodontics.

Donna Reid

Donna joined our team in 1998. She is a 1983 honors graduate of Middlesex Community College School of Dental Hygiene.

Marty Weiner

Marty has been a member of our team for over 25 years. Marty has a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University and she is a graduate of the University of Vermont’s School of Dental Hygiene.

Kathy Kelly Haverty

Kathy has been a member of our team since 2007. She has a Bachekor of Liberal Arts from U Mass Lowell and an Associate of Liberal Arts in Dental Hygiene from Mount Ida College.

LABORATORY TECHNICIANS

Deb Duke

Deb joined our team in 1999 as Coordinator of our on-site dental laboratory. After finishing high school, Deb completed a two year course in Dental Technology. Deb has been a dental technician for over 30 years.

Lois Downey

Lois joined our team in 2008. After High School, Lois traines as a Dental Laboratory Technician. Lois has been a Dental Laboratory Technician for 25 year.

Sandy Bean

Sandy joined our team in 2000 as our patient records coordinator.
